Sizes and shapes of cake can be customized to your personal style. You don't have to have a simple round cake or a simple square cake....these days, anything is possible and if you can dream it, we can build it. Just let us know how many people you are expecting and we can we work with that number and your budget to customize your perfect cake. We like to think outside the box and really create a memory.
The flavors of cake are truely endless and just about any flavor combination can be incorporated into your cake and filling. It's our pleasure to help steer you in the right direction for that perfect flavor combination that will wow your guests. 
Some of the most common flavors of cake are Vanilla, Chocolate, Marble, Pineapple, Orange, Lemon, Rum, Coconut, Raspberry, Almond, Strawberry....and the list goes on and on. Our selection of fillings are endless from mousse, fresh marmalade, ganache, buttercream and fruit. Your entire cake is customized from the inside out to create your one of a kind cake.
Here are a few of my favorites flavor combinations: Orange cake with raspberry filling - White chocolate cake with key lime mousse -Pineapple cake with Pina Colada filling - Caramel flavored cake with dulce de leche filling - Chocolate-cherry cake with a milk chocolate ganache filling.
I could spend the day coming up with flavors, however, when we meet, we can discuss what flavors you like most and can narrow the list from there.
